In an effort to strengthen and align the work of Species at Risk Recovery teams across Nova Scotia, the Meresy Tobiatic Research Institute held a three-day workshop bring together 80 conservation leaders from dozens of organizations to share best practices and learning, build skills, imagine new models and connect as a learning community. New Leaf supported a diverse and passionate planning team to imagine and create the event and then facilitated and live blogged the event. Participants were able to engage the big questions facing Species at Risk Recovery work and appreciated the clear and creative approaches to hosting conversation and capturing collective learning.
