Forestry Lab | Worked with the Nova Scotia Woodlot Owners and Operators Association to lead an innovative intervention into the forestry industry. This included forming a multistakeholder core team of leaders, hosting a series of summits with industry leaders, supporting the delivery of stakeholder engagements and coaching teams working on innovative solutions over an 8 month prototyping period.
The project utilized Theory U / Change Labs as a basic framework, worked with Lean Start Up as the model for business and project development (prototyping) and Participatory Leadership as the methodology to keep it all connected and coherent
